No Contracts.  Try us on an as-needed basis. 

All interviewing will be done by a Specialist (not a generalist) in the field we are recruiting in.  For example, an IT recruiter will interview an IT professional.  

The only difference from a regular employment agency is that our fee is a flat fee, and is not contingent on a hire.  You pay 1 fee regardless of how many people you hire.  We will send you all of the reumes we receive. Otherwise, we offer the same services.  

SERVICES INCLUDE:

1.  We will source the best candidates for you.

2.  All resumes will be screened, ranked and scored. 

3.  An Expert Recruiter/ Search Consultant, in the candidates field, will interview the applicants on the phone. (For example, a Nurse Recruiter will interview an RN.)

4.  The top candidates will be sent to your company for a personal interview. 

5.  We will send you all of the resumes.
